
Management of KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card) for foreigners
Provide management of KITAS for foreign citizens
KITAS is one of the prima donna products of immigration among foreigners. With this card, foreigners can do activities in Indonesia for a longer period of time. The requirements for managing a KITAS are as follows:
- Letter of request/application for ITAS (Limited Stay Permit) from a sponsor;
- A letter of statement from said sponsor (with a IDR 10.000 stamp attached);
- ID of sponsor;
- ITAS submission form;
- Original and Copy of passport;
- Certificate of domicile;
- ITAS approval Telex;
- For sponsored Indonesian wife or husband, attach a marriage certificate, sponsor's ID, and sponsor's family card/certificate;
- For sponsors of Indonesian Citizen Parents, attach the applicant's birth certificate which has a certified Indonesian or English translation;
- For Foreign Workers (TKA), attach IMTA, RPTKA, marriage certificate and birth certificate (marriage certificate and birth certificate must be translated into Indonesian or English by a certified translator);
- For Foreign Investors (PMA), attach recommendations from the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and other company documents;
- For students, attach a letter of recommendation from the relevant agency.
